We gaurantee alive arrival of all fish. We will send replacements in the unlikelyhood that they do not make it. You must call same day as delivery to report loss. . Our guarantee does not cover fish that have been taken out of original packaging. Also, email  a photo of the fish in an unopened bag to fingerlingtilapia@yahoo.com . Fish will either be replaced , or the monetary equivelant refunded to you.
